Welcome to my website.

I started working on adding in 30 plants a week around July 2023 after reading a great article from Zoe.

At the same time as I started implementing my 30 different plants a week I also started reading the book Ultra Processed People by Dr Chris Van Tulleken.


I have to say these two things have changed how I eat dramatically and the lovely side effect from the changes is that I feel so much better for it.


I am also on weight watchers as I only have half a thyroid that has a nodule (benign tumour) that has a mind all of its own. So with that and the joys of menopause my weight is a difficult beast to tame.  I have found that weight watchers helps to keep everything stable and I also like the support.


I am a nutritionists who admits I personally need help and support to control my weight, so the recipes on my website will have WW points on them too.
